Skendaj's structural side started with our own buildings — gut renovations, additions, and ground-ups across Philadelphia where we needed real steel and didn't want to call out for it. Now we do that work for other contractors, developers, and architects on jobs throughout the city. We work from your shop drawings or have ours stamped to spec. Our shop in Kensington fabricates beams, columns, lintels, and miscellaneous metals; our crew installs on site. Composite deck and headed shear studs welded in place if that's the scope. Edge angles, pour stops, and bent plates ready when the concrete crew is. We honor the schedule. Tuesday's delivery shows up Tuesday. The drawings get followed. When something on site is wrong, we flag it before we cut. We're not the cheapest sub on a bid sheet, but the GCs who know us call us back.
