Skendaj Bros. Iron Works is a family-owned forge in Kensington, Philadelphia. We've been hand-fabricating iron — architectural, structural, and one-off custom pieces — for the city and its builders for fifteen years.

Our shop is on N. 2nd Street, and we've stayed there because Kensington is where this kind of work has been done in Philadelphia for over a century. We do everything from custom gates and stair railings for South Philly rowhouses to structural steel for ground-up apartment buildings. What ties it all together is that the same people who fabricate the iron are the people who install it.
